Our Mission Statement

ALFCO strives to enhance the quality of life of some of the less fortunate children or youth and families in the US and abroad by providing them with necessary resources to meet their basic needs through a mentorship program. In essence, the organization aims to prioritize children and young adults in shelters, orphanages, and foster care. Alternatively, mentor them while they are with at least one of their parents.

Our Vision Statement

We start in Haiti, but we wish to reach as many children and young adults as we can in other Third-World countries, by meeting their need for education. The main goal is to pair up a mentor with a less fortunate child or young adult to offer a minimum financial support to that child or youngster to help him or her reach an education level of middle or secondary school at least, eventually a profession before the age of 20.

Our Motto

We, the members of ALFCO, hereby stand to invest for a better future in the life of the less fortunate children and youth through a mentorship program! We understand that we will not be able to solve the ocean of needs for the problems the children, the youth, and families are facing around the world, but we dedicate ourselves as a drop in to make a difference somehow in the lives of at least a handful less fortunate ones.
